*Requires an elevator if upstairs.
Trained baristas, who set-up and pack down.
Capacity per hour:
1 barista cater Approx 50 cups per hour.
2 baristas cater Approx 70 cups per hour.
* Increase capacity with an additional coffee cart or add-on batch brew filter coffee stations.
